Livestock Delivery
DX Livestock Delivery: Enjoy a flat delivery fee of £19.99 for unlimited fish! Deliveries are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you need a Saturday delivery, just reach out to us. DX will ensure your fish arrive before 1 PM, and please make sure an adult over 18 is available to receive them. We cannot take responsibility if the delivery is missed.
Ensure that your contact number and email are up to date, as we will reach out to you about the delivery date after you buy your fish.
If you want to add items to your order that haven’t been shipped yet, simply place a Click & Collect order and include a note requesting us to combine the orders. We can now also deliver dry goods alongside your livestock, so don’t hesitate to add anything you need!
We can deliver to most areas in the UK, but please note that Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and a few other locations are excluded. Below is a list of postcodes where we cannot deliver fish: AB30-AB56, DD8-DD10, DG3-DG9 & DG12-DG14, FK17-FK21, KA18-KA19, KA26-KA30, PA20-PA38 & PA80, PH3-PH40, TR21-TR25.ALL BT, HS, IM, IV, JE and KW Postcodes also Channel Islands & Shetlands are excluded.

If you are are only Ordering Shimp’s or Snails you will only be charge £6.95 for Postage And if you spend over £49.99 Delivery will be free
We will only ship fish that we are completely satisfied with. In the rare event that we have fish that don’t meet our high standards, we will reach out to you to explain the situation
DOA GUARANTEE
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Livestock purchased in-store or online may arrive dead on arrival (DOA). To file a claim, please contact us within 1 hour of receipt, providing clear video evidence. It’s important that any fish remain in their sealed bag. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims submitted after this timeframe.
Click and collect
To place your order, just shop online and select “click & collect” during checkout. Your livestock will be prepared only when you arrive or if you contact us to have it ready. We kindly ask that all orders be picked up within 48 hours of purchase, unless we have made other arrangements. If this timeframe doesn’t work for you, please reach out to us.
Dry Goods & Frozen food
For all your dry goods purchases over £49.99 delivery will be free (Excluding livestock) , we offer a flat delivery fee of £6.95 for anything under £49.99, We partner with DPD for shipping, and if you place your order before 14:00, you can expect delivery the very next day. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a time slot indicating when your order will arrive.
