CLOWN LOACH 4-5CM

Chromobotia macracanthus, a magnificent loach native to the western islands of Indonesia, showcases its grandeur with its large size and stunning appearance. Its vibrant red-orange fins, complemented by a yellow-tan body and three distinct black bands, contribute to its common name, the clown loach. In addition to its striking appearance, this loach entertains with its amusing behavior, often seen lying on its side to sleep, producing clicking sounds for communication, and playfully piling on top of each other in a confined space. It is not uncommon to witness a clown loach amusingly carrying a small stone in its mouth while being pursued by its fellow loaches, resembling a group of lively puppies.
