Yellow Phantom Tetras thrive when kept in groups of at least 6 or more fish and they make a wonderful addition to a tranquil, green planted aquarium. It is important to have a well-planted tank with both rooted and floating plants to create shaded spots that these tetras will greatly appreciate. They generally get along peacefully with other fish species, particularly when kept in larger numbers. However, it may be wise to avoid long-finned tankmates if the group size is smaller.
